About The Position

Restaurant Team Members deliver friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and help maintain a clean and sanitized work area. They also prepare orders safely at kitchen stations and use methods and technologies to support food safety and product quality. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.

Requirements

• Ability to move and lift 25 pounds or more.
• Ability to work in various temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
• Balance the cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
• Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations, which may include sandwich preparation, fry, or grill stations.
• Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe products.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
• Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
