About The Position
QDOBA is hiring energetic, hospitality-oriented Team Members to prepare food and serve guests. Team Members help maintain high-quality products by following company quality and safety standards, creating a positive guest experience, and keeping restaurant stations clean, organized, and stocked. The role requires a positive attitude, professionalism, and cooperative working relationships with management and fellow team members. Requirements
- Follow approved recipes, portioning, food preparation, and time-and-temperature guidelines.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, safety, and security standards.
- Maintain a positive attitude, professionalism, and a cooperative, respectful working relationship with others.
- Eligible minors in specified states must provide a valid work permit if hired; emancipated minors must provide legal documentation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare food according to specifications using approved recipes, proper portioning, and food preparation logs and tools.
- Restock the front line with prepared products during peak volumes or according to time-and-temperature requirements.
- Follow food safety standards and report questionable food deliveries or practices.
- Maintain a positive attitude and strive to exceed guest expectations.
- Work cooperatively and respectfully with management and fellow team members.
- Represent QDOBA as an ambassador.
- Monitor product quality and take appropriate action to maintain it.
- Meet company standards for personal appearance and maintain professionalism.
- Follow sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to provide a safe environment.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
- Enthusiastically greet guests as they enter the restaurant.
- Serve guests while following recipe and preparation guidelines.
- Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
