Restaurant Team Member Part Time
About The Position
Restaurant Team Members provide friendly, efficient customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and help maintain a clean and sanitized work area. Team members prepare orders at various kitchen stations and use methods and technologies to help ensure food is fresh and safe. No prior experience is required; training is provided. The role may also involve cross-training in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles. The position requires moving and lifting more than 25 pounds and working in various temperatures.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station, as applicable to the restaurant concept.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain proper food safety conditions and deliver fresh, safe food.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
