About The Position
Restaurant Team Members provide efficient, friendly customer service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. They take food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, address customer needs, process payments, and prepare food safely and accurately. The role also involves maintaining a clean and sanitized work area and using methods and technologies to support food safety and deliver fresh, safe products. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Team members may also cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift 25+ pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Take customer food orders, answer questions about menu offerings, and address customer needs.
- Balance a cash register and offer additional sales opportunities to customers.
- Accurately and safely prepare customer orders at kitchen stations such as the sandwich line, fry station, or grill station.
- Use methods and technologies to maintain food safety and provide fresh, safe products.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work area.
- Potentially cross-train in other departments, including Store Cashier, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
