About The Position
Arby's is seeking dedicated individuals to join their team as Crew Members. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, attitude, product, and service. You will work to meet or exceed speed of service standards, serve fresh quality products, and maintain a clean customer view and work area. Adherence to food and personal safety procedures, as well as proper supply management and cleanliness of the lot, lobby, kitchen counters, and restrooms are key. You will operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards and display a clear understanding of Miracle’s Mission, Vision, and Values.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to each customer and maintain the company’s high standards of cleanliness, attitude, product, and service.
- Meet or Exceed Speed of Service Standards
- Serve Fresh Quality Products
- Maintain Crystal Clean Customer View & Work Area
- Follow all Food and Personal Safety Procedures
- Replenish and rotate supplies.
- Keep the lot, lobby, kitchen counters, and restrooms clean.
- Operate in accordance with established performance and operating standards as set out in the OSM and Employee Handbook
- Display a clear understanding of Miracle’s Mission, Vision, and Values
