About The Position

The Restaurant Team Member position at Store 2744910Q, located at 5602 Utsa Blvd, San Antonio, Texas 78249, is a part-time role with flexible shift availability, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. This role is responsible for providing excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner, maintaining a clean restaurant environment, preparing and serving food items according to regulations, ensuring product quality and food safety, and managing accurate cash, sales, and inventory records. The position also requires adherence to all government laws and safety codes, completion of incident reports following a 5-minute rule policy, and living the company values: One Team, Do the Right Thing, Takes Ownership, Play to Win.

• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for entire shift, including reaching for objects overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent guest service in a fast and friendly manner
• Maintains a clean restaurant environment by cleaning and performing general housekeeping duties
• Prepares and serves food items in accordance with all Brand, Company, and health department regulations
• Ensures product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
• Keeps accurate cash, sales, and inventory control records
• Follows all government laws and safety codes
• Completes reports on all incidents following our 5-minute rule policy
