About The Position

Mendocino Farms is hiring Back of House Restaurant Team Members to work across multiple kitchen stations, including prep, dish, garnish, and grill, preparing sandwiches and salads. Team members are expected to connect with guests and contribute to a hospitable, happy guest experience. Applicants must be at least 18 years old. Full-time and part-time hours are available, and the role requires schedule flexibility, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay is advertised as up to $20.00–$25.00 per hour including tips; all team members participate in the tip pool and are paid biweekly.
