We're looking for a Restaurant Systems Analyst to join our Information & Technology Services team. In this role, you'll help support and enhance the technology that powers our restaurants nationwide. From point-of-sale systems and kitchen technology to new system implementations and upgrades, you'll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant teams have the tools they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements

Experience supporting and maintaining restaurant or retail POS systems preferred
Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems and applications
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues and identify effective solutions
Strong understanding of Windows environments, networking concepts, databases, and system integrations
Ability to balance project work, system maintenance, support requests, and competing priorities
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-focused in fast-paced environments
Experience working collaboratively across departments and with external technology vendors
Ability to maintain confidential information and exercise sound judgment
Availability to support after-hours and weekend system maintenance or issue resolution as needed
Ability to participate in an on-call support rotation
Availability for occasional local and domestic travel
Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. required.

Responsibilities

Serve as the in-house expert for restaurant technology systems, including POS, Kitchen Display, Table Management, and related platforms
Manage major system upgrades, enhancements, and implementations from planning through deployment
Lead and support restaurant technology projects, ensuring successful execution and adoption
Evaluate, test, and deploy new functionality across restaurant systems and solutions
Partner with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and other business teams to develop technology solutions that support business objectives
Provide technical expertise during project planning, testing, configuration, and implementation phases
Support new application, system, and process deployments across the IT organization
Serve as an advanced escalation point for complex restaurant systems issues and troubleshooting
Collaborate with technology vendors and service providers to optimize system performance and resolve issues
Evaluate new hardware and software solutions to support restaurant operations
Develop system documentation, training materials, and user support resources
