About The Position

This position supervises food service in a gourmet room environment during a specified shift. The role involves assigning service personnel, managing the reservation book, organizing guest seating, and greeting guests to ensure a positive first impression. Additionally, the supervisor plans and coordinates service staff training programs, enforces revenue control procedures and standards of service, and promotes positive public relations. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two (2) years of appropriate experience.
  • Extensive experience in a formal/gourmet dining establishment, including table-side cooking, wine selection and gourmet food knowledge required.
  • Ability to supervise and direct dining staff.
  • PC knowledge: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Micros System
