About The Position

This role is for a Restaurant Supervisor at the Fremont Marriott, responsible for overseeing restaurant staff, including training, scheduling, and ensuring daily tasks are met. The supervisor will facilitate smooth restaurant operations through active communication with the back of the house, report safety and health concerns, and assist guests and other restaurant areas as needed. The position is an in-office role with specific physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervision of staff- train, schedule and meet the needs of the daily tasks.
• Ensures the associates have the tools needed to perform their job.
• Actively communicates with the back of the house for smooth operation of the restaurant
• Reports any safety or health concerns
• Assists guests with questions, concerns or needs
• Assist with any area of the restaurant as needed
