About The Position

As a Restaurant Supervisor, you’ll lead daily operations of the bistro, ensuring smooth service, quality food and beverage preparation, and an exceptional guest experience. You’ll support and train team members, manage inventory, and uphold brand and safety standards. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about hospitality.

Requirements

  • Eligible to work in the United States
  • Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
  • Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed

Responsibilities

  • Ensure our hotel's bistro runs smoothly and efficiently, providing guests with a memorable and enjoyable dining experience.
  • Supervising restaurant staff, coordinating daily operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Report to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager.
  • A career as a bistro supervisor can lead to opportunities in various management roles within the hospitality industry, such as restaurant manager, food and beverage director, or even general manager.
