Restaurant Supervisor

Mt. Hood Meadows
$24 - $27Onsite

About The Position

Join our Culinary Services leadership team at Mt. Hood Meadows as a Restaurant Supervisor, where every day brings new challenges, stunning views, and the opportunity to make a real impact. This isn’t your typical restaurant leadership role, it’s an opportunity to lead a Food & Beverage team in a dynamic, high-volume mountain resort setting. You’ll rotate between our restaurant and bar areas, support daily operations, coach and motivate team members, and ensure every guest receives friendly, consistent, high-quality service. With a blend of hands-on leadership, problem-solving, and guest engagement, you’ll help shape the heart of our on-mountain dining experience. If you’re an experienced supervisor with strong service instincts, a positive attitude, and the adaptability to thrive in a seasonal, fast-moving environment, this could be the perfect role for you. Bring your leadership skills, keep your cool during the lunch rush, and enjoy a great view of the slopes while you do it. Join us and be part of the team that keeps the mountain fueled, smiling, and ready for adventure!
