We’re looking for full-time friendly, energetic Supervisors to join our opening team.

Requirements

Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
1-2 years of restaurant, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
Strong communication and people skills
An outgoing personality and the ability to connect with guests and teammates
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Desire to learn, grow, and develop leadership skills
Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative
Ability to stay organized and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Nice To Haves

leadership experience is a plus
Back-of-house experience is a plus

Responsibilities

Help lead shifts and create a fun, welcoming environment for guests and teammates
Lead by example and deliver exceptional guest service
Build relationships with guests and help create the Yukon community
Support team members and help keep operations running smoothly during your shift
Assist with resolving guest concerns and creating positive experiences
Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and service
Perform front- and back-of-house duties, including POS transactions, opening procedures, and closing procedures
Help train and support new team members
Follow and reinforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Assist with cash handling and daily shift responsibilities
Jump in wherever needed to help the team succeed
