Requirements

• One year of related experience
• Superior organization and guest service abilities
• Basic math skills and computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail
• Ability to deal with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficult situations

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team members, ensuring the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service and that all departmental and organizational policies and procedures are met
• Assist managers in training and development of the team and conducting team member counseling sessions, including corrective action reports
• Collaborate with manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas in need of attention, as well as assisting in the management of staffing levels in accordance with budgetary goals and business volume
• Greet guests positively, professionally, and as an individual, and monitor guests’ and team members' needs within your assigned area
