About The Position

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a Marketing Content Intern to join their team at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan. This is a paid internship program, and internships can be completed for academic credit. Requirements

• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office as well as design and editing software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

Nice To Haves

• Working towards or have a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or PR preferred.
• Previous experience with social media site management on a non-personal level preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create dynamic new media content to enhance guest experiences and develop business relations.
• Assist with the promotion of all assigned locations.
• Maintain open communication with clients, guests, media, and vendors.
• Manage assigned marketing channels including creating social media posts.
• Investigate and solve service complaints about various communication platforms.
• Prepare various operational reports; keep records pertaining to analytics of social media accounts.
