The Restaurant Supervisor will be responsible for training, scheduling, and meeting the daily needs of the staff. This role ensures associates have the necessary tools to perform their jobs effectively and actively communicates with the back of the house to ensure smooth restaurant operations. The supervisor will also report any safety or health concerns, assist guests with questions, concerns, or needs, and help out in any area of the restaurant as needed.
