About The Position

At HCW Hospitality, exceptional service is at the core of our food and beverage experience. As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you’ll guide our service team to deliver top-notch hospitality. Your leadership will ensure that every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. The Starbucks Supervisor provides support to the Starbucks leadership team with regard to oversight of the coffee shop and direction to the Baristas and Starbucks Shift Leads. Prepares and serves coffee or espresso beverages to customers or guests, as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in food and beverage service, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• A commitment to delivering high-quality service.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A positive attitude and a focus on guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations across all food and beverage outlets.
• Train, mentor, and motivate service staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Monitor guest feedback and address issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Assist with inventory management, cost control, and staff scheduling.
• Support the execution of special events, promotions, and banquets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
