The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for supervising restaurant staff, ensuring high-quality food and beverage service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and financial goals. This hotel operates seven days a week, twenty four hours a day. At times it may be necessary to move the supervisor from their accustomed shift if business demands. Business determines the amount of hours worked. Management retains the discretion to add or change the duties of this position at any time.
