Manage all aspects of service within Restaurant R’evolution. Ensure compliance with standards of service and operating procedures. Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements. This role involves supervising the day-to-day activities of food and/or beverage outlets, planning and organizing work, and communicating and enforcing policies and procedures. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring staff are properly trained and have the necessary tools and equipment, conducting training for current and new associates, and working closely with the General Manager in all aspects of daily activities. Performance monitoring through guest feedback and financial results analysis, and initiating corrective action as needed, are key functions. The role also includes achieving budgeted revenues, controlling expenses and labor costs, and maximizing profitability. Maintaining procedures for security and proper storage of inventory and equipment, ensuring equipment is in operational condition and cleaned regularly, and maintaining clean and stocked facilities are also essential. Notifying Engineering of maintenance needs and promoting teamwork and quality service through daily communication with other departments are expected. Key departmental contacts include Sales and Marketing, Catering, Banquets, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Guest Services. Additional duties as assigned may include assisting in other areas of the hotel when needed.
