The Study at University of Chicago is currently seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to assist all Front-of-House restaurant operations and banquets under the direction of the Director, Food & Beverage. This position will assist in the training and supervision of all Front-of-House restaurant staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and provide exemplary guest service. The ideal candidate enjoys entertaining, meeting new people and has an engaging, big personality that thrives in a team environment. The restaurant operations operate seven days a week for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and late-night. Therefore, operational demands require variations in shift days, starting and ending times, and hours worked in a week.
