About The Position

Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are held in the open-air Amphitheatre. Red Rocks Amphitheater is a naturally formed, one of the world’s most iconic music venues and top rated, we elevate our standards of service and hospitality to match the legendary status of Red Rocks Amphitheatre located in Morrison, Co. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily food and beverage operations at Red Rocks Amphitheatre, ensuring exceptional guest service, efficient restaurant performance, and compliance with company standards. Working in one of the world's most iconic open-air music venues, the supervisor leads team members, supports operational excellence, and helps deliver memorable dining experiences for guests attending events and concerts. This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age (required)
  • Previous supervisory experience in restaurant, hospitality, food service, or event operations preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Experience with POS systems and cash-handling procedures.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and event-based schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate restaurant and food service staff during events and daily operations.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards are consistently maintained.
  • Monitor food quality, presentation, cleanliness, and service efficiency.
  • Assist with employee scheduling, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Resolve guest concerns and service issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
  • Support inventory management, product ordering, and stock control procedures.
  • Oversee cash handling, point-of-sale transactions, and shift reporting.
  • Coordinate with culinary, Catering and event teams to ensure seamless service during concerts and special events.
  • Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment while motivating staff to achieve performance goals.
  • Assist management in meeting revenue, labor, and operational objectives
