Supporting a renowned QSR brand, the Restaurant Store Manager role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance – giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day. This position entails a 5.5 day work week, with Sundays being required. The brand's peak hours are during lunch & dinner. There are growth opportunities within 1-year of employment as the portfolio continues to grow. Candidates who need to relocate will be considered for this position.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Experience managing a QSR or restaurant (required)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on role
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Reliable transportation

• Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
