About The Position

Supporting one of the largest QSR brands, the Restaurant Store Manager will lead a team, drive results, and take ownership of a high-energy operation. This role blends hands-on leadership, daily operations, and business performance; giving you the opportunity to make a direct impact every day. This role typically starts at 5:00am and consists of a 50-hour workweek. The schedule includes weekends and holidays (Sundays are required). There will be overtime eligibility.

Requirements

• 1+ year of management or leadership experience (QSR/retail preferred)
• High school diploma (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a demonstrated understanding of confidentiality
• Basic math, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work on your feet most of the shift (candidates should be able to sit, stand, traverse, etc. for up to 12 hours and lift up to 50lbs.)

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruiting, hiring and training of team members
• Build a positive, accountable team culture
• Provide ongoing feedback, recognize performance and resolve team concerns
• Create a guest-first culture and lead by example to deliver excellent service
• Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and food safety
• Ensure proper staffing to keep shifts running smoothly and efficiently
• Drive sales and execute local marketing efforts
• Control labor, food costs, and cash handling
• Review performance and take action to improve results
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and ordering
• Forecast staffing and business needs
• Complete basic reporting and admin tasks
