About The Position

Part time evening needed! City Barbeque’s BOH positions include: Prep Cook, Boards (our barbeque term for our meat carver), Pits (working the smokers), Dish Washer. We are looking for individuals who provide great backyard hospitality for guests, work in a fast and independent manner, can cross-train and work multiple stations, consistently follow proper recipes and procedures, maintain our high standards for food preparation and sanitation, and contribute to the team by taking initiative and will pitch-in to help others. To promote good teamwork, daily tasks include arriving on time for each shift and practicing proper time reporting, completing hot and cold food prep assignments by following recipes accurately, neatly and according to sanitation guidelines, working in collaboration to prepare take out and catering orders in a timely fashion, following station checklists and cleaning lists consistently and thoroughly, and providing a positive attitude when interacting with teammates and guests.
