Responsibilities
- Leading and motivating teams in a respectful, cooperative, and supportive manner.
- Providing exceptional customer service to make a difference in the day of every customer.
- Managing store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory, and product quality.
- Assisting with financial acumen, including cost management and profit & loss introduction.
- Coaching, training, and interviewing team members.
- Preparing and serving food for park guests.
