About The Position

We are looking for ambitious Restaurant Shift Manager to join our team at Chick-fil-A. We are looking for leaders for both our Front of House (FOH - Hospitality) and Back of House (BOH - Kitchen) operations. Requirements

2+ years of Leadership experience in quick-service, hospitality, kitchen or restaurant operations
Availability to open and/or close the restaurant as needed
Desires career growth and will thrive with our Leadership Development and Mentoring

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead a team of 10-20+ in daily operations in either the Front of House or Back of House.
Ensure food safety, quality, speed of service and guest experience are exceptional
Manage staffing, productivity, labor, and shift efficiency with a week-long view of the business
Motivate and coach team members to exceed standards, while creating a positive and high-energy culture
Collaborate with all Restaurant Leaders to ensure seamless operations
Train, develop, coach, provide clear actionable feedback and accountability to team members
Detail-oriented and organized, yet flexible and quick-thinking when challenges arise
Have a strong sense of ownership and the ability to drive performance across service goals
