About The Position

We’re seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to own the success of our FOH or BOH operations. You will lead a team of 50–60 and empower your leadership team to drive high-performance results while maintaining a positive, healthy, and consistent culture.

Requirements

• 2 years of Leadership experience
• Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
• Experience driving culture and operational performance simultaneously.
• Proven track record of developing others

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree
• Hospitality experience
• FOH or BOH Restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of directors, managers, and frontline employees.
• Drive operational excellence and consistently deliver outstanding service.
• Build and maintain a strong culture where expectations are high but achievable.
• Own key business metrics and identify trends to improve performance.
• Support onboarding and development of junior leaders to ensure operational success.
• Increasing overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals.
