About The Position

Nation's Giant Hamburgers is hiring a Shift Supervisor for their Elk Grove Location. In this role, you will be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant and perform duties such as cashier, cooking, food preparation, and light janitorial tasks. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example, managing your shift while motivating and guiding the team to success. You will be the go-to person for addressing customer concerns, ensuring safety standards, and keeping track of time and breaks. Additionally, you will provide excellent training and support for new team members. This role involves leading shifts to provide excellent service and top-quality food, handling customer concerns, managing employee breaks and timekeeping, acting as a key trainer, handling restaurant orders, assisting with paperwork, and covering the manager's day off when needed. The company adheres to a flexible approach to ensure all team members contribute to meeting customer needs, maintaining product quality, and ensuring a clean and safe environment.
