As a shift leader, you will be responsible for leading people, ensuring outstanding product quality and customer service, building sales, and controlling costs for the restaurant.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate and reinforce Marco's leadership behaviors and values.
Create an environment that promotes the company culture and philosophies to attract, retain and develop our people.
Train team members on company processes, customer service, and updated policies and procedures.
Ensure standards are maintained for product quality, service speed, cleanliness and sanitation.
Manage and organize all positions each shift and delegates duties to team members.
Support production as needed.
Support local store marketing and promotions.
Open and close shifts without supervision.
Ensure proper security and verification procedures are met when handling deposits and the contents of the safe.
Deliver great guest service every time and resolve customer complaints and issues as they arise.
Control food costs, labor, waste, and cash while leading shifts.
Responsible for accurate daily deposits and cash handling procedures.
