Responsibilities

Setting example of excellence customer service
Provide leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives.
Follow cash handling procedures
Maintain restaurant clean by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
Ensure food safety practices are followed
Attend and participate in all scheduled meetings
Work Opening, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
Work flexible shifts: morning, lunch, dinner, and closing
Deliver outstanding customer service that keeps guests smiling (and coming back for more!)
Follow food safety practices like a boss — clean hands, clean kitchen, clean conscience.
Keep the restaurant looking fresh and fabulous.
Handle cash the right way (if applicable)
