About The Position

Salad and Go is a unique drive-thru restaurant concept dedicated to making healthy and delicious food accessible to everyone. Our menu features recipes created by a Michelin-star trained chef, prepared in central kitchens and then assembled to order at our stores. We offer salads, wraps, breakfast burritos, and more through convenient drive-thru, online ordering, and delivery options. Salad and Go is rapidly expanding across multiple states and is committed to community outreach and philanthropic initiatives through Salad and Go Charities, focusing on providing nutritious food to those in need and promoting healthy habits.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours per week, including weekends
  • Must have 6+ months of previous shift lead/shift manager experience
  • Obtain Food Handlers Certificate
  • Certified non-slip shoes
  • Able to pass the Salad Test during training
  • Must be 18 years or older

Responsibilities

  • Work in a collaborative, fast-paced, team-centered environment
  • Report to store manager and help oversee all operations
  • Key holder position responsible for opening and closing the store
  • Build made-to-order salads and other menu items
  • Provide great guest experiences with both walk-up and drive-thru orders
  • Come to work with an energetic, ready-to-work attitude
