About The Position

Atlas Franchise is one of the largest Jimmy John’s franchisees, and we’re hiring ASAP! If you’re energetic, reliable, and ready to be the hero of someone’s day, this is the job for you. As a Jimmy John’s Shift Leader, you’ll help create FREAKY FAST sandwiches using our FREAKY FRESH bread—no grease, no grill, just great food and great vibes.

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Must be a good coach to develop a team
• Must be coachable
• Must have experience in dealing with customer and employee issues
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, confident, and outgoing
• Must be computer proficient
• Ability to memorize the Jimmy John’s menu within 30 days and pass the test

Responsibilities

• Assist with recruiting efforts
