About The Position

Poets Modern Cocktail & Eats is seeking a motivated and customer-service-oriented Restaurant Server to join their team. The server will be responsible for greeting customers, taking orders, ensuring food accuracy and presentation, and maintaining a clean and safe dining environment. This role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. The ideal candidate will enjoy working as part of a team to create great guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
• Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer.
• Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner.
• Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
• Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
• Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
