About The Position

Requirements

No related experience or training required.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds.
Organized and able to prioritize and delegate multiple tasks.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Take orders and input them into the Micros POS system.
Obtain payment from customers.
Prepare ingredients and beverages, including Starbucks drinks.
Communicate meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
Deliver an unparalleled customer experience.
Seat guests and clear tables.
Perform light kitchen prep work.
Prepare to-go orders.
Ensure all equipment areas are clean and stocked appropriately.
Prepare and cook food according to recipes, quality standards, and presentation standards.
Count the bank at the end of the shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure the bank.
