About The Position
Marriott Columbia is seeking a skilled and experienced Restaurant Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong work ethic.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Server.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and take their orders.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items.
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns.
- Process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
