About The Position
Watermark BR is seeking part-time Restaurant Servers to provide the highest quality of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Server will be responsible for receiving and delivering guest orders and collecting payment. Service can be provided in either The Gregory, an upscale restaurant offering Southern cuisine, or Milford’s on Third, a New York City style deli with Southern-charmed offerings. The role reports to the Restaurant Manager and Director of Food & Beverage.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent and/or experience in a hotel or a related field prepared.
- Experience in fine dining helpful.
Responsibilities
- Approaching all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- Maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Being attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and fellow employees.
- Being familiar with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each job position.
- Having a thorough knowledge of menus and current specials in applicable outlets.
- Servicing guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
- Receiving and delivering guests orders.
- Collecting payment.
