About The Position
Watermark Baton Rouge is looking for a part-time Bell Person with open availability. The Bell Person is responsible for providing attentive, courteous, and efficient luggage assistance to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout. This role requires a high school diploma and a VALID driver's license. Experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Escorting hotel guests to rooms and assisting with luggage to and from guestrooms.
- Transporting hotel guests to the Baton Rouge Metropolitan airport and other venues in the immediate area.
- Maintaining high standards of personal appearance and grooming when working.
- Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
- Be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
- Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities and hours of operation in a timely manner.
- Offer information pertaining to available services and facilities of hotel, points of interest and entertainment attractions.
