About The Position
Big Woods Pizza in Nashville, Indiana is hiring Restaurant Servers who are friendly, energetic, and passionate about hospitality. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced food service environment and love creating great guest experiences, this is a strong opportunity to join a growing Indiana-based restaurant group. Big Woods Restaurants is a locally rooted hospitality brand with eight locations across Indiana. We’re known for warm service, handcrafted cocktails, local brews, and Midwestern comfort food. Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Weekend, evening, and holiday availability
- Must be 19+ years old
- Must have or be able to obtain an Indiana Liquor License
Nice To Haves
- POS experience is helpful but not required
- ServSafe certification preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, welcoming attitude
- Present menus and answer questions about food, drinks, and specials
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, including special requests or dietary needs
- Deliver food and drinks promptly with proper presentation
- Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit
- Maintain clean and organized tables and dining areas
- Process payments and handle cash accurately using the POS system
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Upsell menu items, specials, and beverages
- Assist with opening and closing duties, restocking, and setup
