About The Position

Azalea’s Restaurant, located inside the Holiday Inn & Conference Center in Valdosta, GA, is seeking friendly, attentive, and reliable Servers to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent dining experiences to hotel guests, conference attendees, and local patrons.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Basic math and cash handling skills
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to carry trays and lift up to 25–30 lbs
• Comfortable working in a busy restaurant environment

Nice To Haves

• Previous serving experience preferred
• Restaurant or hotel experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming dining experience
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system
• Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing needs throughout the meal
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
• Handle payments and process transactions accurately
• Keep dining areas clean, organized, and properly set
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and hotel staff
