About The Position

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide excellent service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is guest-focused and passionate about hospitality. Certifications: Food Handler and TABC Certification.

Requirements

A combination of education and experience.
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to read instructions, perform basic math and cash handling, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
Comfortable working in a restaurant environment with exposure to wet conditions and moderate noise.
Eligible to work in the United States
Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations

Responsibilities

Responsible for providing exceptional guest service by greeting and seating guests, managing dining reservations, coordinating seating arrangements, and ensuring prompt, courteous service.
Answer guest inquiries, communicate menu items and specials, handle customer concerns, process payments, take room service orders, and support food and beverage operations.
Coordinate dining room staff activities, maintain accurate cash handling, verify age for alcohol service, and provide guests with hotel and local information while following company service standards and policies.
