About The Position

CO-OP Restaurant & Lounge, located within The Study at University City, is seeking an energetic, hospitality-driven Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. This role is responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and guest-focused service while supporting the restaurant's daily operations during breakfast and lunch. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering a welcoming, engaging guest experience. Our caring and attentive associates reinforce our belief that guest service is our highest priority. Requirements

Minimum of 2 years in a fine dining or upscale casual restaurant environment.
Availability to work morning shifts, typically between 6:00am and 3:00pm.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and teamwork skills.
Proficiency in English required; a second language is a plus.
Ability to lift or carry items up to 40 pounds.
Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests.
Guide guests through menu offerings, daily specials, and beverage selections.
Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergy considerations, and beverage programs.
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout service and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.
Complete opening and closing side work, including setup, breakdown, and detailed cleaning of service areas.
Work collaboratively with culinary and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Support team members as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
Continue developing knowledge of food, wine, beer, and cocktails.
