The role also includes checking guest identification for legal drinking age, politely refusing service when necessary, and observing guest behavior to ensure responsible alcohol consumption, offering alternatives like taxis if a guest appears unable to drive. Reporting to work in a neat and clean uniform with proper grooming and personal hygiene is essential. All guests must be treated with the goal of ensuring their complete satisfaction, always striving to exceed expectations. The position also requires weekly attendance at the Aloha Culture Meeting.
