About The Position

At Camp Margaritaville Resort, we blend laid-back island vibes with exceptional hospitality to create unforgettable experiences for every guest. From family-friendly activities to signature Margaritaville celebrations, we deliver fun, escape, and adventure in every moment. We’re looking for enthusiastic and guest-focused Restaurant Servers to join our food and beverage team. In this role, you’ll provide friendly, attentive service while delivering high-quality food and beverages that enhance each guest’s dining experience. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Requirements

Previous serving or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and provide a welcoming, attentive dining experience
Take food and beverage orders accurately and deliver them in a timely manner
Offer menu knowledge, make recommendations, and answer guest questions
Ensure orders are prepared correctly and meet quality and presentation standards
Check in with guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
Accurately process payments and handle cash and credit card transactions
Maintain a clean, organized dining area and follow all sanitation guidelines
Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service
