About The Position
Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Restaurant Server to join their team. Servers are the primary point of contact for guests, responsible for ensuring a positive dining experience. This role involves preparing the dining area, greeting guests, presenting menus, taking orders accurately, and handling guest concerns. The ideal candidate will be quick on their feet, possess an engaging attitude, and have a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Requirements
- 2-4 years of food service experience
- Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
- Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for the service ahead
- Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant
- Guide guests on their culinary journey through descriptive selling of the menu
- Be accurate in order taking, confirming all special requests
- Understand menu details to enhance guest conversation
- Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff
- Assist guests who have concerns to guide them to a resolution that leaves them happy
- Finalize the experience through timely and accurate bill presentation
