Requirements

Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable
High school diploma or equivalent required
Six months to one year of food service experience preferred
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
Read, write and speak English fluently
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Meet minimum age requirement of jurisdiction

Responsibilities

Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Guide guests through the menu by providing recommendations and answering questions about menu items and beverages.
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining our presentation and quality standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service to enhance their dining experience.
Clear tables and maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Process guest payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth coordination and exceptional service delivery.
