About The Position

CIRC, a full service restaurant located within The Madison Concourse hotel, has an opening for a Part Time Server. The restaurant serves breakfast and lunch from 7am-2pm, daily. We are looking for someone who enjoys being a part of a team, recognizes the importance of providing exceptional service and can give our guests a positive and memorable experience every day. The ideal candidate will have availability to work Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday mornings from 6:45am-2pm and flexible to work some weekends. Wage: base+ tips, average wage $19-$25/hr., with a guarantee of $15/hr.

Requirements

Must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

Present the menu, answer questions, and make suggestions regarding food and service
Relay orders to the kitchen and serve courses from the kitchen and service bars
Garnish and decorate dishes before serving
Observe diners, respond to any additional requests, and determine when meal has been completed
Total the bill and process payment
Ladle soup, dish salads, portion pies and desserts, brew coffee, and perform other services as necessary
Clear and reset counters or tables after each course
Wrap silverware and complete other side work
Complete other duties as assigned
