Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of restaurant, hotel, resort, or serving experience preferred
Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit or applicable certification required, where applicable by jurisdiction
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest service mindset
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while delivering exceptional hospitality
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced setting
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift and perform physical aspects of service duties
Flexible availability including AM and PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
Must meet the minimum age requirements established by applicable laws and regulations

Nice To Haves
