Requirements

• You have a talent for food and beverage, building relationships with guests and multitasking.
• Great communication skills with a strong customer service ethic.
• Can comfortably communicate in English.
• Flexibility is required as our hotels operate nonstop.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crouch, use hand, finger and wrist dexterity.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Previous restaurant operating systems are preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring our guests have an excellent dining experience in our restaurant.
• Taking beverage and food orders.
• Ensuring everything is rung into the system correctly.
• Tabletop step up and maintenance.
• Assisting with all guest requests while upholding our service standards.
• Cultivating relationships with all our guests, including recognizing all in-house and VIP guests.
• Knowing the current menu items in full detail.
• Fulfilling special requests from guests involving dietary restrictions and allergies, table preferences and even special occasions.
