About The Position

Pine Trace Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Restaurant Servers. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding our commitment to excellence. Part-time positions are available. Pine Trace Golf Club is a premier golf destination located on 193 beautiful wooded acres in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Often compared to the finest Northern Michigan courses, Pine Trace offers a natural setting that feels both secluded and timeless. Pine Trace is preparing for an exciting reopening in Spring 2026 following a major course renovation. As we complete improvements to our tees, greens, fairways, cart paths, irrigation, drainage, and practice facilities—along with the opening of our full-service restaurant—we are building a team that will help bring the Pine Trace experience to life. Requirements

  • Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff.
  • Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision.
  • A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.
  • Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
  • All experience levels are welcome—we provide comprehensive training for all new staff.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Prior bar tending experience is not mandatory, but preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, friendly, and exceptional service of food and beverages to guests in our restaurant.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic mixed drinks.
  • Warmly greet and interact with customers in the clubhouse and at the turn grille.
  • Actively participate in providing high-quality food and beverage services for special events, banquets, and golf outings hosted at the course.
