Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in food service is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent skills for engaging with guests and collaborating with team members seamlessly.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to handle guest concerns or complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Capable of accurately taking and delivering orders, ensuring the right items are served at the right time.
  • Maintaining clean and organized dining spaces that align with brand standards.
  • An ability to manage multiple tables or tasks at once while keeping guests satisfied.
  • Strong organizational skills to handle busy dining periods effectively.
  • Comfortable upselling menu items, beverages, or promotions to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue.
  • Works well with colleagues, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
  • Adheres to uniform and grooming standards, representing the hotel brand appropriately.
  • Competence in handling payment transactions, processing bills, and using point-of-sale systems efficiently.
  • Proficiency in preparing meals to order, following recipes, and maintaining consistent quality and presentation.
  • Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and preparation techniques.
  • Adherence to food safety regulations and sanitation standards to ensure guest health and satisfaction.
  • Maintains consistency in portion sizes, plate presentation, and flavor profiles to align with brand standards.
